The Role

Leinster Appointments is currently looking to speak with suitable candidates for an Office Manager position in Co. Meath. Our client is a property company, looking for the right candidate with a positive can do attitude.

Salary €30,000 - €35,000 DOE

Main duties:

  • Diary management and liaising with co-workers, clients and third parties
  • Keeping adverts up to date (in office and on line) and in office organisation
  • Deliver a positive customer experience for all vendors, buyers and potential buyers
  • Use initiative to identify potential opportunities and make recommendations that should be pursued to improve service levels and grow revenue
  • Actively develop new business opportunities through networking, relationships and marketing activities to enhance our brand and reputation in our areas and community
  • Assistance with preparation of brochures, photographs, floor plans, advertising and boards in line with the necessary procedures and timelines.

The Person

Main requirements:

  • Proficient in MS office packages
  • Excellent telephone communication skills, organised and uses initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience on packages & platforms including Canva, I-movie, Mailchimp, Facebook, Instagram are an added benefit
