The Role
Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for an Office Manager in West Dublin.
This is a permanent, full time role.

Main duties:
- Proactively coordinate daily business operations and team setup.
- Develop strategies and ask questions to enhance efficiency and organization.
- Document all organizational processes.
- Manage customer service matters and make decisions in Directors' absence.
- Support Directors in business management, compliance, reporting, and personnel issues.
- Continuously refine processes to optimize efficiency.
- Take ownership of various tasks within the role.
- Manage account reporting and assist Directors.
- Collaborate with internal teams and maintain companywide knowledge.
- Work with third-party vendors while maintaining confidentiality.
The Person
- Highly organized and motivated.
- Proactive problem solver.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on solutions.
- College degree is ideal, and applicable experience is prioritized.
- Minimum of 5 years of high-level administrative experience, including Office Management in a small business setting.
