The Role

Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for an Office Manager in West Dublin.

This is a permanent, full time role.

Fully office based

Salary DOE

Main duties: 

  • Proactively coordinate daily business operations and team setup.
  • Develop strategies and ask questions to enhance efficiency and organization.
  • Document all organizational processes.
  • Manage customer service matters and make decisions in Directors' absence.
  • Support Directors in business management, compliance, reporting, and personnel issues.
  • Continuously refine processes to optimize efficiency.
  • Take ownership of various tasks within the role.
  • Manage account reporting and assist Directors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and maintain companywide knowledge.
  • Work with third-party vendors while maintaining confidentiality.

The Person

  • Highly organized and motivated.
  • Proactive problem solver.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on solutions.
  • College degree is ideal, and applicable experience is prioritized.
  • Minimum of 5 years of high-level administrative experience, including Office Management in a small business setting.
