The Role
Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for an Administrator / Receptionist in NAAS, Co. Kildare.
This is a permanent, full time role
Fully office based position
Salary negotiable, it will depend on experience. Up to €33,000
Main duties:
Reception:
- Provide excellent customer service to OT members answering calls and directing queries – first point of contact by phone, email and post.
- Handling queries, responding to requests, following up on documentation etc as required by the membership and organisation on an ongoing basis.
- Data input, analysis and processing in our company database.
- Managing office supplies; ensuring adequate supplies of documents, materials etc are always available, to assist other staff members in their roles.
- Post and courier processing (incoming and outgoing).
Administration:
- Data input, analysis and processing in our company database.
- Handling queries, responding to requests, following up on documentation etc, as required by the membership and the organisation on an on-going basis.
- Support the Head Office team in projects and administrative requirements through the annual certification year.
- Filing according to strict procedures.
The Person
Main requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to handle calls, emails, and postal queries.
- Organizational skills to support administrative tasks, including filing and documentation management.
- Agricultural background would be preferred
- IT savvy
