The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen with my client, located in Dublin 8. They are looking to hire an Office Administrator for a 12 month fixed term contract. This is a new role and will work closely with the Office Manager.
With the combination of responsibilities, this is an interesting role which involves a busy and varied workload, at the center of the company's activities such as
- Manage general correspondence, emails, telephone calls and receive visitors to the Chapter House/offices.
- Filing documents in a timely manner and managing calendar/database using the company's systems.
- Coordinating regular Staff team meetings and minute taking
- Streamlining office operations and procedures
- Responsible for ordering stationery and office supplies.
- Use accounting software to create and upload invoices
- Manage all technical aspects of IT & communication technology.
- Liaising with any external contractors securing quotations for work, scheduling work and being point of contact on site for contractors.
- Manage site visit bookings – this includes arranging and holding dates, following up with clients and recording bookings
- Assist with preparation of Event Proposals.
- Providing administration support with fund-raising
- Assist with ticketing and issuing refunds.
- Uploading information to website and Facebook ensuring they are both up to date.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as requested by the Office Manager or CEO.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: €30,000.00-€34,000.00 per year

Key skills & requirements
- Excellent PC and Microsoft skills – Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential.
- The ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Solution-oriented mindset with A can-do attitude with the desire to adapt and learn quickly.
- High attention to detail and excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Capable of working on their own initiative and as part of a team.
- Able to work to deadlines and move several projects forward at the same time.
- Highest level of integrity with confidential information.
- Approachable and highly professional in manner, with all levels of staff, congregation and volunteers within the organisation.
- Team Player. • Minimum 1 years’ experience in an office management administration role or similar level.
