- Raise Purchase Orders from Requisitions.
- Attend the daily meetings and highlight possible problems to be solved through discussion and decision being made.
- Filing of Purchase Orders
- Ensure all documents raised have relevant back-up paperwork.
- Reports weekly
- Manage the Stationery Cabinet-monthly inventory and create Requisition for purchasing.
- Upkeep the Photocopier and keep copiers trays filled
- Updating shipping report daily.
- Other Ad Hoc duties relating to the position
- Prior office experience is necessary.
- Must be fully experienced in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
- Must be fluent in English spoken and written
- Must be organised and efficient and be able to work on own initiative
