The Role

 

  • Raise Purchase Orders from Requisitions.
  • Attend the daily meetings and highlight possible problems to be solved through discussion and decision being made.
  • Filing of Purchase Orders
  • Ensure all documents raised have relevant back-up paperwork.
  • Reports weekly
  • Manage the Stationery Cabinet-monthly inventory and create Requisition for purchasing.
  • Upkeep the Photocopier and keep copiers trays filled
  • Updating shipping report daily.
  • Other Ad Hoc duties relating to the position

 

 

 

The Person

  • Prior office experience is necessary.
  • Must be fully experienced in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Must be fluent in English spoken and written
  • Must be organised and efficient and be able to work on own initiative
