The Role

Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for an Administrator in Co. Kildare.

This is a permanent, fully office based role.

Salary up to €35,000

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm 

 

Main duties: 

 

- Assist with the coordination and execution of daily operational activities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
- Support inventory management and procurement processes.
- Assist in the implementation of operational improvements and efficiency initiatives.
- Handle administrative tasks as needed to support the operations team.

The Person

- Previous experience in an operations role is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willing to learn new programmes.
- Collaborative and supportive work environment
