The Role

Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent Marketing Executive in West Dublin.

This is a permanent, full time role.

The role will be comprised of visiting retail branches across Ireland, office and remote work. 

Main duties: 

  • Overseeing the formulation of the marketing and communication strategy, encompassing customer and competitor analysis, product evaluation, and market intelligence.
  • Taking charge of the communication strategy.
  • Managing the development of retail brand strategy and policy.
  • Collaborating on new service offers with operations and developing processes for network implementation.
  • Demonstrating expertise and accountability in digital marketing, covering strategy development, monetization, execution, measurement, and reporting.
  • Possessing a comprehensive understanding of SEO and SEM best practices.
  • Displaying a passion for social media trends and the ability to implement the latest advancements.
  • Utilizing strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
  • Managing external PR efforts, including earned and paid media.
  • Leading the development and implementation of national and regional surveys on company activities, consumer behavior, and pricing.
  • Defining, developing, implementing, and overseeing national and regional marketing, sales campaigns, and support measures.
  • Planning and executing events.
  • Overseeing employer branding initiatives.
  • Integrating companies' marketing strategy into the overall Irish market approach.
  • Supporting Sales and Operations in customer retention and acquisition efforts.
  • Spearheading the development and execution of direct marketing campaigns using campaign tools.
  • Collaborating with a direct report on margin-focused pricing, considering regional and daily sales support measures.
  • Providing pricing tools and concepts for all product groups.
  • Driving customer traffic to branches and franchise partners.
  • Handling internal and external employer communication through various tools like intranet, internet, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
  • Assisting in product brand policy development, balancing customer needs, profitability, and company policy.

The Person

• Extensive and broad Marketing knowledge and experience
• Change and Project Management skills in an international environment.
• Leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree or Master in Business Administration / Economics / Marketing
• Min. 5 years’ experience in Marketing & Sales
• International working experience abroad desirable.
