The Role

Our client, located in is looking to hire an experienced Key Account Manager to join their established team.

As a Key Account Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on developing relationships with key multiple retailers and supporting the delivery of the commercial plans. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales and account management and a passion for building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Own the relationships with Key Accounts from day 1 – understand their goals, challenges and how we can help them succeed
  • Drive the promotional planning cycles internally for your assigned Accounts, providing ideas & insight to deliver sales & market share growth
  •  Working closely with the NPD team to develop the correct range and formats to deliver growth for your respective customers across all proteins.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, working closely with the demand planning and production teams.
  • Develop and support the negotiation of Joint Business Plans (JBP) and Long-Term Agreements (LTA) with key retail and convenience customers.
  •  Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive profitable growth and represent your retailer’s voice with internal stakeholders.

The Person

What You Bring

  • 2-3 years Sales and Customer Management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
  • A genuine passion for people, problem solving and driving results
  • Clear communicator with strong persuasive and presentation capabilities
  • Sharp commercial instincts – you love working with data and thinking strategically
  • Resilience, curiosity and a growth mindset – you’re eager to learn and take on new challenges
  • An entrepreneurial mindset – you thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and take ownership of challenges
  • Full clean driving license - a MUST.
