The Role

HR/Recruitment Administrator

Finglas

Full time - 12 month contract

Salary: €32,000

Hybrid - 2 days WFH

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Training

  • Collate and file training records, to ensure complete training records are maintained for every employee (H&S, QCRA, HR trainings).
  • Responsible for document migration project (Manual Handling, Safe Pass, Garda Vetting, DBS Check, Credentialing, etc.).
  • Respond to all requests for training records to support the needs of the business in a timely manner for example.
  • Ensuring onboarding and offboarding documents are on file.
  • Provide administrative support for the Training and Education Department and other departments as required.

Recruitment

  • Actively support the Senior TA Business Partner throughout the recruitment process ensuring best practice is adhered to at all times
  • Respond to candidate/client queries where appropriate
  • Issue regret letters to unsuccessful applicants
  • Update candidate details on the database as necessary
  • Run weekly recruitment reports
  • Advertise vacancies on the company careers page in addition to all other relevant job sites
  • Provide admin support with interviews – including scheduling and the coordination of online interviews
  • Responsible for the completion of verbal reference checks
  • Support with ad-hoc and all other recruitment related activities

General

  • Provide general administrative support
  • Ensure HR Database is kept up to date
  • Produce reports from Workday as and when required
  • Champion wellbeing in the organization
  • Categorization of files and transfer from hard copy to soft copy

The Person

The successful candidate will be hard working and enthusiastic with an interest in HR, possibly pursuing further training in this area.

They should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Third level qualification is desirable
  • Excellent IT/Microsoft Office skills with the ability to be efficient and effective;
  • Knowledge of Workday would be an advantage
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and prioritisation skills
  • Keen attention to detail;
  • A good work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude and approach to work;
  • Ability to work on their own initiative and equally as part of a team.
