The Role

HR Manager 

6 month maternity cover contract

Dublin 2

Fully office based

Salary: €55,000

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining awareness of the Mission and values throughout the Organisation in relation to all Human Resource activities
  • Maintain best practice in Human Resource Management
  • Assist in reviewing and updating Human Resource policies, procedures and systems that support the needs of the Organisation
  • Demonstrate behaviour consistent with the values of the Organisation.
  • Report to the Director of Human Resources on all management and HR issues and liaise closely with other Directors.

The Person

Experience (Essential)

  • Experience of HR Management in healthcare setting
  • Experience of implementing change including the delivery of national policies and programmes at a local level through multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in management / administration at a senior level

Experience (Desirable)

  • Have experience of the management of the medical manpower function

Qualifications (Essential)

  • A recognised HR/Management qualification
