HR Manager
6 month maternity cover contract
Dublin 2
Fully office based
Salary: €55,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining awareness of the Mission and values throughout the Organisation in relation to all Human Resource activities
- Maintain best practice in Human Resource Management
- Assist in reviewing and updating Human Resource policies, procedures and systems that support the needs of the Organisation
- Demonstrate behaviour consistent with the values of the Organisation.
- Report to the Director of Human Resources on all management and HR issues and liaise closely with other Directors.
The Person
Experience (Essential)
- Experience of HR Management in healthcare setting
- Experience of implementing change including the delivery of national policies and programmes at a local level through multiple stakeholders.
- Proven track record in management / administration at a senior level
Experience (Desirable)
- Have experience of the management of the medical manpower function
Qualifications (Essential)
- A recognised HR/Management qualification
