HR Manager

Salary: €55,000 - €65,000
Responsibilities:
- Develop & implement company HR policies & procedures
- Ensure the efficient running of HR operational processes
- Preparation of HR Reports, KPI metrics
- Conduct & manage investigations of complaints, assess the severity and facilitate appropriate actions based on company policy & procedures
- Organise all internal / external recruitment
- Develop new induction & training programs in conjunction with Quality/H&S/Production
- Provide guidance & direction to people managers to ensure consistent, equal & fair treatment of all employees
- Develop a Performance Management program to drive productivity improvement
- Work with the various management teams by assessing needs & objectives, and helping managers to identify appropriate knowledge & skills
- Provide strategic input to the business to develop a highly productive workforce and the achievement of a positive employee relations environment
- Provide support to the Directors to enable strategic decision making
The Person
- Minimum 3-5 years managerial experience preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation & influencing skills
- Team player with an ability to build interpersonal relationships
- 3rd level / CIPD qualification
- Knowledge of Irish Employment Law legislation
