HR Manager

Salary: €55,000 - €65,000

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop & implement company HR policies & procedures
  • Ensure the efficient running of HR operational processes
  • Preparation of HR Reports, KPI metrics
  • Conduct & manage investigations of complaints, assess the severity and facilitate appropriate actions based on company policy & procedures
  • Organise all internal / external recruitment
  • Develop new induction & training programs in conjunction with Quality/H&S/Production
  • Provide guidance & direction to people managers to ensure consistent, equal & fair treatment of all employees
  • Develop a Performance Management program to drive productivity improvement
  • Work with the various management teams by assessing needs & objectives, and helping managers to identify appropriate knowledge & skills
  • Provide strategic input to the business to develop a highly productive workforce and the achievement of a positive employee relations environment
  • Provide support to the Directors to enable strategic decision making

The Person

  • Minimum 3-5 years managerial experience preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation & influencing skills
  • Team player with an ability to build interpersonal relationships
  • 3rd level / CIPD qualification
  • Knowledge of Irish Employment Law legislation

The Package

Salary: €55,000 - €65,000
