The Role

HR Manager

Based in Carlow 


Salary: DOE

Based 5 days onsite

  • Recruitment and Selection
  • End to end management of the recruitment & selection process
  • Developing detailed and comprehensive job descriptions.
  • Ability to build talent pools to fill new and future positions.
  • Employee Relations
  • Managing the grievance and disciplinary procedure.
  • Ensure full adherence to Company policy and procedure.
  • Drive engagement with staff through communication & feedback.
  • Performance Management
  • Drive implementation of a new performance management process.
  • Advise management on all issues relating to performance management.
  • Reporting on performance issues.
  • Manage and coordinate the probation process for all new hires.
  • Payroll Administration
  • Sign off on contracts of employment/other documentation
  • Create workflow for management processes
  • Update and maintain company policy and company employee handbook.

The Person

  • A qualification in Human Resources Management (CIPD) or equivalent
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Human Resources Management role
  • Outstanding communication/interpersonal and organisational skills
  • A commercially minded individual
  • Expert knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
