HR Manager

Based 5 days onsite
- Recruitment and Selection
- End to end management of the recruitment & selection process
- Developing detailed and comprehensive job descriptions.
- Ability to build talent pools to fill new and future positions.
- Employee Relations
- Managing the grievance and disciplinary procedure.
- Ensure full adherence to Company policy and procedure.
- Drive engagement with staff through communication & feedback.
- Performance Management
- Drive implementation of a new performance management process.
- Advise management on all issues relating to performance management.
- Reporting on performance issues.
- Manage and coordinate the probation process for all new hires.
- Payroll Administration
- Sign off on contracts of employment/other documentation
- Create workflow for management processes
- Update and maintain company policy and company employee handbook.
The Person
- A qualification in Human Resources Management (CIPD) or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Human Resources Management role
- Outstanding communication/interpersonal and organisational skills
- A commercially minded individual
- Expert knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
