The Role

HR Manager 



Based in North Dublin 

Salary: €50,000 

My client is seeking a permanent HR Manager to be responsible for the entire HR function. 


  • Recruitment of Office based staff and cleaners where necessary(Placing Ads on & Strategic planning of organisational structure
  • Managing lifecycle of employees incl. engagement and retention
  • Manage disciplinary and grievance process
  • Training new managers and structuring schedules
  • MaNage insurance process for existing claims and new incidents
  • Ensuring ISO compliance and preparation for audits
  • Ensuring complaints are dealt with accordingly
  • Complete KPI’s on a monthly basis
  • Ensure legal and statutory compliance (working visas, working hours, driving licences)
  • Manage appraisal process
  • Ensure all employees have manual handling certificate
  • Organising training and retraining of all employees
  • Health and Safety Officer – training and ensuring procedures are adhered to
  • Maintaining CSM training programme for all staff
  • Monitoring probation process
  • Corporate responsibility
  • Monthly Newsletter & Employee of the Month
  • Communicating with WRC as required
  • Liaising with IBEC as required
