Job Title - HR Administrator
Location: Kill, 2 days office and 3 days work from home
Position Type: Full-Time (3-month temp placement)
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Learning Administrator to support our training programs, manage data, & administrative processes. This individual will ensure seamless coordination of a variety of activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics
- Manage enrolment processes, maintain records, and track participant progress.
- Generate & present data and reports using Excel .
- Prepare and distribute course materials, communications, and post-training surveys.
- Liaise with trainers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to needs are met.
The Person
Qualifications
- Graduate in HR a distinct advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills essential.
- Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a collaborative mindset.
- Prior experience in a training or administrative support role is a plus.
- Able to multitask, prioritise, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
