HR Administrator - 30 hour week

Salary: €30,000
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for new employees as per legislation
- Interview organisation - engage with candidates and hiring managers, schedule interviews and book interview rooms
- Record recruitment data and updates accurately in the Recruitment system and database
- Interview candidates and partake in the selection process
- Conduct pre-employment screening checks on candidates who have been offered a role within the Group.
- Create and maintain electronic new hire / employee files, fobs, uniforms, lockers.
- Assist with Visa/Permit applications with Head of Group HR
- Manage the administration associated with recruiting e.g., processing recruitment related invoices / electronic filing of interview notes and screening information.
- Meet new hires each week and introduce them to their teams
- Coordinate the monthly induction of new hires, and co-ordinate training
- Assist with coordinating Monthly payroll hours off TMS
- Support the wider HR team with projects as required
The Person
- 1-2+ years experience in a HR team or busy administration role
- Diploma/Degree In HR preferable or working towards CIPD recognised qualification
- TMS Experience essential
- Ability to work on own initiative and can work to deadlines
- Own transport essential, as travel between our nursing homes may be required
- Proactive/Can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills essential - both written and oral
- Highly organised with strong attention to detai
- Strong IT Skills - MS Office and HR systems - Timepoint
- Ability to work well within a team environment and on own initiative
- Strong written/numerical/analytical skills
