The Role

HR Administrator - 30 hour week 

Lucan, Co. Dublin

Office based

Salary: €30,000

 

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment for new employees as per legislation
  • Interview organisation - engage with candidates and hiring managers, schedule interviews and book interview rooms
  • Record recruitment data and updates accurately in the Recruitment system and database
  • Interview candidates and partake in the selection process
  • Conduct pre-employment screening checks on candidates who have been offered a role within the Group.
  • Create and maintain electronic new hire / employee files, fobs, uniforms, lockers.
  • Assist with Visa/Permit applications with Head of Group HR
  • Manage the administration associated with recruiting e.g., processing recruitment related invoices / electronic filing of interview notes and screening information.
  • Meet new hires each week and introduce them to their teams
  • Coordinate the monthly induction of new hires, and co-ordinate training
  • Assist with coordinating Monthly payroll hours off TMS
  • Support the wider HR team with projects as required

The Person

  • 1-2+ years experience in a HR team or busy administration role
  • Diploma/Degree In HR preferable or working towards CIPD recognised qualification
  • TMS Experience essential
  • Ability to work on own initiative and can work to deadlines
  • Own transport essential, as travel between our nursing homes may be required
  • Proactive/Can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills essential - both written and oral
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detai
  • Strong IT Skills - MS Office and HR systems - Timepoint
  • Ability to work well within a team environment and on own initiative
  • Strong written/numerical/analytical skills

The Package

Salary: €30,000

 

30 hour week (9-4)
