The Role

HR Administrator 

Contract 

Remote Working 

€30,000 - €32,000 

 

Duties: 

 

  • Ensuring that all employee data in is accurate and up to date.
  • Working with internal and external partners to deliver improvements and consistency in HR systems and processes
  • Supporting HR Advisors by providing good quality data and reports
  • Ensuring set piece activity such as communications and employee engagement activity, is delivered to high standard throughout the business
  • To apply for the job of HR Administrator you should be able to demonstrate:
  • Data management - Experience in HR process and systems improvements and knowledge of HR & T&A Systems - SAP, Kronos, etc

Requirements:  

  • Experience in dealing a variety of administration tasks, ideally in a high volume HR environment
  • Reporting and data analysis - Comfortable with generating good quality data to support business decisions making
  • Strong communication and listening skills with an ability to work in a team environment
  • A delivery focused approach with excellent customer service orientation
  • Ability to multi task with a fluctuating workload
  • Attention to detail
