The Role

HR Administrator 

Based in North Dublin 

Hybrid working 

Permanent 

Duties: 

  • Administrator of global HR system i
  • Provide system admin support to HR team members
  • Maintenance of digital HR files
  • Manage recruitment administratio
  • Onboarding and set up of new hires
  • Administration of performance management program
  • Co-ordination of company social events, health and wellbeing, reward and recognition events
  • Support Managers and Team Leads on all employment related queries
  • Maintain Sharepoint site keeping all documentation updated
  • Processing benefit administration

Requirements:

  • 1 - 2 years HR experience
  • CIPD qualification / in process of gaining CIPD qualification
