Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a Front Office Manager on behalf of our client in Co. Kildare.
Ideal candidate will come from Hospitality industry.
This is a permanent, full time role.
Mondau - Friday, hours can vary from 9am - 6pm. 35 hour working week
Salary up to €37,000, DOE
• Supervision of reception staff workload
• Rostering staff
• Managing staff leave/absence
• Recruitment of new staff
• Training of new staff
• Updating/creation of SOPs
• Setting of staff KPIs
• Alignment of service with industry standards
• Ongoing evaluation of staff performance
• Health & Safety compliance
• Handling customer complaints
• Experience of managing a Front Office team in a hospitality sector environment
• A knowledge of industry systems and procedures
• A strong awareness of and commitment to hospitality sector customer service values
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
