The Role

• Preparation of management accounts on a timely basis across multiple entities
• Responsible for ensuring all financial reporting requirements are completed in accordance with group policies
• Implement and manage a strong financial control environment
• Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements
• Identifying key trends to support planning and decision making
• Management of the General Ledger
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Revenue Gross Margin and Overheads analysis and variance analysis
• Liaise with external auditors and advisors in relation to all reporting requirements
• Managing tax compliance for the Group including liaising with external tax advisers, completion of annual tax returns and the management of transfer pricing
• Identifying and rolling out system and process enhancements
• Maximizing the use of our ERP system across the business
• Preparation and management of balance sheet and cashflows
• Adhoc support as required across the business
• Provide support to the CFO

 

The Person

• Qualified Accountant with 2-3 years post qualification experience, ideally in a start-up
• Big 4 experience an advantage
• Enthusiastic, ambitious and flexible team player
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong business and commercial skills
• Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise tasks
• Excellent Excel skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience of Dynamics 365 Business Central a strong advantage
