The Role

The Finance Manger will manage the day to day running of the finance function but will also
play a key role in the strategic growth of the group.

This position will manage the accounting and reporting processes for the group, audit, reporting cost allocation, cash management,
efficient bank balance management, payroll will all fall under the Finance Manager’s remit.

● Key member of the management team providing analysis and insights to aid the
management and future growth of the business.
● Full oversight and responsibility of financial reporting, and financial management of all
sectors in the Group
● Maintain a robust but business focussed controls environment throughout the business.
● Preparation of detailed budgets and plans with reporting against the same.
● Payroll management and sign-off
● Cost management, budgeting and forecasting of cost base.
● Oversee the accuracy of the client Billing Process and the timely issuing of monthly
invoices and maintain Debtors listing and monitoring collection of same.
● Building and developing a finance team to ensure above deliverables are achieved.
● Managing the year-end audit.
● Managing Tax compliance, planning and structuring for the business (CT & VAT)
● Financial Analysis on new business opportunities as required with ability to present
finding and make recommendations and prepare commercial models as required.
● Promote a value-adding, proactive and agile finance function.
● Develop and manage successful relationships with key business stakeholders.

The Person

Key Competencies / Requirements
● Qualified Accountant with industry experience with 4+ years PQE
● Excellent all-round communication & presentation skills with ability to effectively
analyse data & provide recommendations.
● Strong Finance reporting skills
● Key to this role will be the ability to communicate simply & effectively to different levels in
the organisation / non-finance people.
● Proven team player with strong collaborative and influencing skills.
● Results driven.
● Strong reporting abilities with strong attention to detail & high levels of accuracy
