Finance Assistant
Clondalkin, Dublin 22 - Permanent
Salary: €35,000 - €40,000
Hybrid Working Model
My client is seeking to appoint an experienced Finance Assistant on a full-time permanent basis.
Candidates will need to have strong reconciliation skills and experience of reconciling daily cash
Strong Excel skills would be a distinct advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Bank and Cash
- Daily Cash Receipts List
- Daily Bank Reconciliations
- Reconcile Cash Receipts to Debtors Ledger
- AIBCF Monthly Reconciliation
- Process Direct Debit Payments to Creditors Ledger or Nominal Ledger
- Process Credit Card Payments to Creditors Ledger or Nominal Ledger
Payroll Administration
- Maintain Holiday Log
- Maintain Unpaid Leave Schedule
Motor Vehicles
- Maintain mileage register for fleet vehicles
- Maintain renewal of motor tax schedule
- Maintain NCT/CVRT renewal schedule
Other
Preparation of Monthly GRN Accrual Schedule
General office duties as required.
The Person
Key Skills:
- Minimum 2 years recent experience in a similar role.
- High level of proficiency in MS office, particularly Excel.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines
