Maynooth – Contract (6 Months)
Hybrid Working Model
My client is seeking to appoint an experienced Finance Administrator to cover a fixed term contract of six months.
Candidates will need to have a good knowledge of Excel
An IATI qualification would be a distinct advantage
Candidates will need to be able to commence employment immediately
- Posting of journals (multi-currency)
- Balance sheet control account reconciliations
- Assistance with preparation of monthly bank reconciliation’s
- Scanning, filing and archiving of financial documentation
- Ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time
- Assistance with year end audit preparation (HQ and country)
- Accounting Technician or proven work experience
- Must have prior experience of working in an accounts department
- Strong knowledge and proven experience with accounting system packages
- Good knowledge of using Microsoft Excel
- Solid Understanding and experience of processing Bank Reconciliation’s
- Communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and to work to deadlines.
- Excellent organisational skills with particular attention to detail.
