The Role
Facilities Administrator with Leinster Appointments.
This is a permanent, full time role.
Hybrid work setting an option.
Salary €30,000 - €35,000
Main duties:
•Scheduling, planning and reporting on Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits with clients
•Logging incoming calls and arranging call out service support
•Creating project records on Software System and maintaining accurate records of work
•Placing orders with suppliers via Software System for materials and services
•Process completed reports for PPM visits and call out visits and resolve/escalate any follow up visits/repair quotations
•Renewal of Annual Contracts
•Preparation of cost reports and billing information for submission to accounts department
•Weekly and Monthly reporting to clients and management
The Person
•Good organisational and communication skills. Attention to detail is important for this role.
•High quality work and excellent customer service.
•Experience with Microsoft Excel.
•Ability to maintain good relationships with clients.
•Experience working in an office environment and/or in an FM role is not essential. All processes will be taught and all training for the role will be provided inhouse.
