The Role
Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a Document Administrator in Wexford.
This is a fixed term contract for approx. 2 years.
Main duties:
• Maintain and update weekly project reports in conjunction with the site management team.
• Maintain an up-to-date procurement and submittal register.
• Monitor the MC online platform and stay up to date with all project revisions.
• Collaborating information with the projects team to compile comprehensive Risk Assessment and Method Statement (RAMS) documents.
• Manage data and information within the Procore software platform, liaising with the project team at all times.
• Attending project meetings, recording accurate minutes, and circulating them to appropriate stakeholders.
• Generate and distribute regular project management reports to provide insights into project status, milestones, and potential issues.
• Maintain compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and internal data governance policies.
• Continuously improve document management processes, optimizing workflows and enhancing efficiency.
• Oversee the recording and tracking of weekly working hours for project personnel.
The Person
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in document control, data management, or a similar role within the construction or engineering industry.
• Familiarity with construction management software, Procore, an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interacting with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing project needs.
