The Role
Junior Customer Service Supervisor - Leinster Appointments.
Permanent, full time role.
Fully office based. Salary up to €32,000
Main duties:
- Support Staff in completing their Daily Routine
- Ensuring that customer calls are handled and answered in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Supporting the Team Leader in helping the team with any confusion or questions on an ongoing basis.
- Investigating and solving customer care complaints.
- Handling escalation queries/calls.
- Monitor business and process metrics to measure and manage customer service effectiveness.
- Create, maintain and deliver a comprehensive training plan for all new hires. Review this plan regularly and be responsible for keeping it current.
- Training Staff in areas of Customer Service and Company Systems.
- Working with Key Accounts to ensure Service Level Agreements are adhered to.
- Completing KPI reports in Managers Absence.
- Conduct meetings with Managers to discuss process improvements and issues.
- Maintain in-depth working knowledge of the Company brands, systems and processes.
- Ensure staff carry out their duties in accordance with procedures.
The Person
- Previous experience in a supervisory role with experience working in a fast paced customer service environment.
- Quality background and experience is a requirement for this role.
- Strong problem-solving skills/analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong PC skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Take ownership of queries from start to finish.
- Work on own initiative.
