The Role
Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative in Dublin 12.
This is a permanent full time role.
Salary up to €30,000
Hours of work 9am - 5.30pm
Fully office based
Main duties:
- Taking and processing sales orders from customers via telephone, email, fax and post.
- Resolving customer queries as efficiently as possible.
- Handling Complaints.
- Liaise and work closely with all departments to investigate and resolve customer queries.
- Liaising with customers nationwide and internationally.
- Work well within a team and on own initiative.
- Other General Administration.
The Person
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong Time Management Skills
- Very high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills
- Have experience in logical problem solving
