The Role

Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative in Dublin 12.

This is a permanent full time role.

Salary up to €30,000

Hours of work 9am - 5.30pm 

Fully office based

Main duties:

  • Taking and processing sales orders from customers via telephone, email, fax and post.
  • Resolving customer queries as efficiently as possible.
  • Handling Complaints.
  • Liaise and work closely with all departments to investigate and resolve customer queries.
  • Liaising with customers nationwide and internationally.
  • Work well within a team and on own initiative.
  • Other General Administration.

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong Time Management Skills
  • Very high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Have experience in logical problem solving
