The Role

Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time Customer Service Administrator in Dublin 24.

This is a permanent, full time, fully office based role.

Monday - Friday role

Salary up to €35,000 plus benefits once probation is passed. 

Main duties: 

  • Generating daily production reports
  • Ensuring precise and efficient data entry
  • Proactively handling customer requests and instructions
  • Maintaining standard service levels for field personnel and subcontractors, meeting service level agreements
  • Delivering outstanding customer service
  • Coordinating customer instructions scheduling
  • Arranging the execution of customer instructions
  • Supervising field management software for workflow and billing

 

The Person

Main requirements:

  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • PC Literate
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
