The Role
Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time Customer Service Administrator in Dublin 17.
This is a permanent, full time role
Fully office based
Salary up to €35,000 plus benefits
Main duties:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, as assigned by the Customer Service/Operations Manager.
- Maintain and update Master Files with relevant data.
- Coordinate daily transport arrangements for yard stock sales.
- Process sales transactions related to contracts, merchants, cash, and internal orders.
- Perform a daily quality check on entered sales data and approve at the end of each day.
- Enter purchase order (PO) requirements and coordinate with suppliers based on customer-provided details.
- Prepare and generate contract sheets for new agreements and submit them to the Customer Service Manager for approval.
- Assist designated sales representatives with administrative tasks to enable them to focus on sales activities.
- Undertake any additional responsibilities as required by management.
The Person
Main requirements:
- Computer literate and office experience essential
- Ability to multi task and work in fast paced environment.
- Previous customer service/operations experience preferable but not essential
