The Role

Credit Controller

Castledermot - Permanent

Salary: €35,000 + Benefits

Office Based Role initially


My client is seeking to appoint an experienced Credit Controller on a permanent basis.

Candidates must have a minimum of 2/3 years' experience in a similar role.

Experience of using Excel and NetSuite would be an advantage


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and management of debtors
  • Ensure timely collection of payments
  • Controlling credit limits on debtors accounts
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies
  • Negotiate with clients in non-payment cases
  • Issuing monthly statements
  • Ensuring invoicing is up to date
  • Liaise with the Finance Controller and Finance Director
  • Daily bank reconciliations

The Person

Key Skills

  • Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver assignments on time
  • Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills
  • Some experience of using Microsoft Office software (Excel, MS Word)
  • Experience with NetSuite not essential but an advantage.
