- Support Management in developing objectives for individuals and ensure that they are tracked and delivered.
- Develop and pro actively support all change Management programmes initiated to achieve strategic objectives.
- Recruitment of all staff
- Follow up on all training identified at every level
- Ensure that all employee records are maintained including Personnel Files and Training Databases.
- Advise Senior Management of any impending issues identified that could affect the business.
