The Role


Stock Management:

 Organise & Co-ordinate cycle stock counts
 Organise & Co-ordinate annual stock counts
 Performing investigations into variances following cycle counts
 Strong organisation skills required to ensure controls are in place and adhered to for all counts
 Following investigations, compiling list of adjustments with coherent reasons before submitting for approval
 Critically reviewing stock aging reports and providing recommendations to Management on the logical approach to promote reduced stock days
 Team Lead on Process Improvements on Stock Management
 Managing smaller meetings as part of the Team Lead role
 Working closely with Operations & Purchasing Department on Process Improvements
 Driving Operations to adhere to Process Improvements
 Providing feedback to Management in relation to changes to Process Improvements and their effectiveness


Daily: Run Specific Control Reports on a daily basis
 Investigate any anomalies on Daily Reports
 Take corrective action on anomalies on Daily Reports
 Identify any potential control issues
 Issue summary report weekly to management


 Assist with Internal Audit
 Support during Budget and Forecast
 Other adhoc tasks as and when they occur

The Person

 Part qualified accountant or qualified by experience
 Strong interpersonal skills
 Strong Excel skills compulsory
 Driven to improve process’
 Willing to drive process improvement required

The Package

Salary €40,000 - 50,000 DOE
