The Role

Agile Manager 

Based in Dublin West

12 month FTC 

Salary: Not disclossed

Duties: 

  • Serves as the subject matter expert to install a culture based on Agile principles
  • Enables the development and sustainability of communities of practices, fosters collaboration and network behaviors
  • Works with teams to assist them in implementing and improving their Agile practices
  • Assess the Agile maturity of the squads and coach to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable
  • Coaches teams on how to remove complex roadblocks and impediments to change and delivery
  • Drives continuous improvement through transparency, balance, flow, respect, customer focus, collaboration, and agreement
  • Develops and evolves a toolkit of Agile methodologies, in alignment with global agile community
  • Provides training for leaders and team members
  • Lead scrum excellence & community, including local scrum masters
  • Proactively collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to address Agile knowledge gaps to support Agile effectiveness
  • Direct and enhance organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned areas of responsibility

Requirements:

  • Experience in presenting and discussing to a large audience, including Associate to a Leadership team
  • Excellent team-working, collaboration and  networking skills
  • Demonstrable, recent (~5 years) track of record in Agile coaching in business and experience driving organization readiness
  • Agile training and facilitation across business teams and all stakeholders
  • Experience working with Continuous Improvement, Design Thinking, Scrum, Organization Change Management
  • On hand knowledge of enterprise frameworks (SAFe, Nexus) is considered a plus
