The Role

Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time Administrator / Receptionist in Co. Kildare.

Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm 

Salary up to €32,000 depending on experience 

Main duties: 


• Greeting and assisting clients in a friendly manner

• Handling phone calls and serving as the initial point of contact for clients

• Acting as the main contact person for clients regarding follow-ups and inquiries

• Managing incoming and outgoing mail, as well as handling deliveries

• Coordinating meeting bookings, managing schedules, and providing support to senior team members

• Organizing and managing documents through the e-filing system

• Managing petty cash and conducting month-end reconciliations

• Handling stationary orders and managing kitchen supplies

• Processing transactions in accounting software with guidance from the accounts team

• Conducting client system maintenance, including maintaining client master records


The Person


• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel

• Ability to work independently and support existing teams, as the reception role is separate from other team members

• Eagerness to learn and acquire new skills

• Strong numerical aptitude

• Full fluency in written and verbal English

• Positive and client-focused attitude

• Confidence and composure under pressure

• Excellent multitasking abilities
