The Role

Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for an Administrator in Dublin West.

30-hours per week, there is flexibility on days / hours.

 

Main duties:

  • Processing orders to invoicing stage.
  • Handling customer queries and processing credit notes.
  • Answer incoming calls, taking orders, providing information, transferring calls or taking messages.
  • Tracking orders, POD’s etc
  • Assisting our sales reps with queries.

The Person

  • Excellent IT skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous experience required
