The Role

Administrator - Part Time

Naas, Co. Kildare

Office based

Permanent, Part Time - Approx. 3 days

Salary: €30,000 - €35,000 pro rata

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the management team to efficiently manage the detailed arrangements for confirmed groups and or events.
  • Ensure all participant information is recorded and updated accurately and on time.
  • Respond to all queries and requests from various stakeholders and always ensure a high level of customer care.
  • Preparation of itineraries and working documents for each event.
  • Complete and submit all required paperwork prior to events in Health & Safety plans etc.
  • Communicate directly with clients to ensure all their requirements are met and any changes to programmes are made accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work in a busy environment leading up to and during some events.
  • Complete meet and greet assignments and escort a group where required.
  • Solicit feedback from clients after events are completed.

The Person

Ideal candidate

  • Excellent organisational skills and have a strong work ethic.
  • Be computer literate and be proficient in word, excel and google docs
  • Keep meticulous and accurate records.
  • Take initiative with an ability to work independently.
  • Ability to overcome obstacles and remain calm and professional whilst under pressure.
  • Flexibility with work schedule (occasional weekends and evenings)
  • Capable of working to deadlines and multi-tasking.
  • Be a team player.
  • Be willing to travel within Ireland.
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English.

Desirable: Previous experience in the hospitality, travel and/or events industry

The Package
