The Role

 

Reception

 

  • Answering, screening and forwarding incoming calls
  • Sorting and distributing daily mail/deliveries
  • Arranging office travel
  • Greeting and assisting visitors to the office

 

Print Room

 

  • Managing daily print room tasks, including printing, binding and preparing submissions
  • Ensuring stationery, printer supplies etc. are adequate and reordering same, when necessary

 

Meeting Rooms

 

  • Managing meeting rooms, including making sure they are clean and tidy
  • Ordering catering for meetings, when necessary
  • Scheduling meetings, including sending Skype invitations to remote attendees, when necessary

 

Canteen

 

  • Managing office canteens/kitchens, including making sure they are clean and tidy
  • Checking stock levels
  • Ordering kitchen supplies, when required
