Administration Assistant
11 Month contract
Salary: €40,000
**5+ years experience in an office manager position is required for this role**
Duties:
- Proactively support the manager & director team using own initiative when required
- Working as part of the operations team as a key link between the managers and the wider business
- Work alongside all departments to ensure all workflows are managed according to deadlines
- Manager project work
- Maintenance of filing system
- Liaising with internal/external auditor
- Meeting preparation
- Buying Department liaison
The Person
Requirements:
- 5 years minimum experience in an office manager role
- Experience in document writing
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
