The Role

Administration Assistant

11 Month contract

Salary: €40,000

**5+ years experience in an office manager position is required for this role**

Duties:

  • Proactively support the manager & director team  using own initiative when required
  • Working as part of the operations team as a key link between the managers and the wider business
  • Work alongside all departments to ensure all workflows are managed according to deadlines
  • Manager project work
  • Maintenance of filing system
  • Liaising with internal/external auditor
  • Meeting preparation
  • Buying Department liaison

The Person

Requirements:

  • 5 years minimum experience in an office manager role
  • Experience in document writing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
