The Role


Accounts Payable / Finance Administrator 

6 month contract 

Salary: €25,000 - €35,000 

• Verification and processing of supplier invoices

• Communicating with suppliers (invoices, account set-ups, queries)

• Populating Excel Templates.

• Strong Admin/Clerical Skills.

• Management of IT packages; Word, Excel, Email.

• Dealing with general phone calls and email queries.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Excellent Typing Skills.

• General office support.

• Other ad-hoc duties as required.

Essential Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years related experience

• Microsoft Office (Excel is essential).

• Tech Savvy and an ability to learn systems quickly.

• Ability to work in a busy environment and on their own initiative.

• Good communication skills are essential.
