Naas – Fixed Term Contract
Salary: €28,000 - €32,000
Hybrid Working Model (1 Day in the office & 4 Days at home)
My client is seeking to appoint an experienced Accounts Assistant for a fixed term contract.
Candidates must have a strong finance background along with experience of using SAP
This is a hybrid role and you can work from home 4 days per week
(Wednesday is a mandatory day in the office)
- SAP Rebate Management - Agreement Creation, Accrual maintenance & Settlements.
- Management of Price Disputes & Unpriced Orders
- Maintaining Pricing Contracts on SAP/Vendavo
- Assisting in the Contracts Renewals Process
- Assist in ad-hoc and project requirements.
- Support any ad hoc customer related queries
- Work closely with Strategic Pricing, Pricing Excellence, Business Unit Finance, Customer Care, Account managers and Sales Support.
- Knowledge of SAP (SRM and ECC).
- Strong excel skills
- Planning and organisational skills with a clear focus on meeting task deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to undertake a wide range of activities and move quickly between tasks
- A passion for delivery and working to SLA targets.
