Accounts Assistant with Excel

Start Date: June / July 2020
My client is seeking to appoint an experienced Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will need to have a strong Excel background.
Experience using Pivot Tables & Vlook ups are required for this role
- Accounts receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Revenue returns
- Processing invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Posting journals
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Competency to work both on an individual basis and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills; being able to multi-task and prioritise workload to work to deadlines
- Good communication skills both orally and written.
- Working knowledge of sage accounts
