Naas – 12 month contract
Start Date: March 2021
My client is seeking to appoint an Accounts Assistant to cover a 12 month maternity leave contract.
Candidates must have a good understanding of Excel.
- Inputting invoices on to the Purchase Ledger
- Inputting Invoices on to the Sales Ledger
- Daily review of debtors balances, making follow-up calls to chase outstanding payments
- Review of creditor’s accounts, actioning any outstanding queries / debit balances
- Assist the Finance Manager with general accounts queries
- Dealing with all Reconciliations
- Various Ad- hoc projects / tasks in the Finance Department
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Good understanding of Excel
- Strong attention to detail
