Naas - 12 month contract
Start Date: April 2019
My client is seeking to appoint an Accounts Assistant to cover a 12 month contract.
The successful candidate will need to have 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
Experience using Excel would be a distinct advantage
- Input of supplier invoices & credit notes into ERP system.
- Monthly reconciliation of the Aged debtors & creditors.
- Printing of weekly stock valuation reports.
- Printing of weekly customer statements.
- Reconciliation of the VAT rec on a daily basis.
- Cover for reception area and main office telephone switch.
- Weekly completion of stock reports.
- Monthly completed of customer purchase reports.
- Monthly reconciliation of Cash Sale Accounts.
- Maintaining Fixed Asset Register
- Various Ad- hoc projects / tasks in the Finance Department
- Good Excel skills
- Attention to detail
- Previous data input experience would be beneficial
- Experience of using an ERP system
- Previous Accounts experience or IATI qualified.
