Accounts Administrator
Inistioge, Co. Kilkenny – Permanent
Salary: €30,000 - €35,000
Office Based
My client is seeking to appoint an experienced Accounts Administrator on a permanent basis.
Candidates will need to have a minimum of 2/3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Strong Excel skills are required for the role.
Experience of using Sage would also be a distinct advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable
- Bank reconciliations
- Intercompany invoicing
- Sales invoicing & processing customer receipts
- Purchase orders
- Assisting with day-to-day finance activities and general ad hoc duties as they arise
The Person
Key Skills:
- Experienced in a similar role with 2 – 3 years accounts experience
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
- A working knowledge of Sage
