The Role

Logistic Administrator

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Fax, filing and sending out written correspondence
• Dealing with inbound and outbound calls
• Processing e-mails
• Completing general administration skills
• Assisting clients via e-mail
• Dealing with customer queries

The Person

Person Requirements:
• Inventory Control Experience
• Data Processing Experience
• Microsoft Office/Excel intermediate Level
• Experienced Confident Professional Phone/Email manner
• Account management experience
• Previous experience in Month End Invoicing if possible
• Highly Organised and Good time management in a busy environment
• Must be able to use all Microsoft packages
• Must have some knowledge in a logistics environment
• Good communication skills
• Must be able to work as part of a team
