The Role
Supply Chain Assistant
1 Year Contract
Salary: €35,000 - €40,000
- Track & Analysis Sales, Daily waste , Store stocks
- Management and communication (both internal and external) of promotional trade plan.
- Maintain effective lines of communication between the Supply Chain department and all other departments.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement project teams within the business
- Facilitate sharing of forthcoming initiatives between Customer & Suppliers
- Actively engage with Supply Chain Manager with ideas for continuous improvement of the department.
- Manage & Report on KPIs for Site & Customer
- Drive efficiencies across the end to end Supplychain
- Enhance the performance of products through inventory/network optimisation
The Person
- Appropriate third level qualification.
- At least 2-3 years’ similar experience, ideally working within the FMCG Industry
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of all Microsoft office applications with particular focus on EXCEL.
- A good communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Efficient planning, time management and organisation skills.
- Ability to multitask and be flexible in line with business demands.
- Must be able to travel with work as and when required.
