The Role

Permanent 

Working Hours: 9am - 5pm (Monday - Thursday) 9am - 4pm (on Fridays)

Purpose of Role: This role is to provide guidance, assistance and support to management, supervisors and staff with regard to human resource issues through the implementation and development of good HR polices, and procedures.

 

Key Duties:

  • Manage Recruitment campaigns – advertise on company web site and Job Boards/social media (LinkedIn, Twitter)
  • Maintain Careers page on website
  • Participate in the group recruitment team (careers page development)
  • Create campaign posters to drive traffic for open vacancies
  • Liaise with HR and Hiring Managers on open vacancies
  • Maintain ATS, Connexys – add vacancies, candidate CV screening and distribution to staff members, communicate with candidates
  • Schedule Interviews for hiring managers
  • Interaction with recruitment agencies for hiring candidates
  • Issue contracts and paperwork to new members of staff via DocuSign
  • HR Administration (letters, queries etc.)
  • Set up new employees on Staff Induction Programme
  • Participate at job expos – promote the company and speak to interested candidates
  • Interact with 3rd Level institutions for placement of students during college terms for work placements
  • Manage TY Student Work Experience to ensure a broad range of experience is gained by interaction with various departments
  • Maintain TMS HR Database
  • Ensure employees are skilled in using HR Self Service
  • Assist employees with queries relating to Annual Leave

The Person

Requirements:
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience using recruitment ATS
  • Proficient in Microsoft
  • Be able to work unsupervised
