The Role
Part Time Accounts Assistant
3 days per week
Naas, Co Kildare
We require an experienced Accounts Assistant with excellent communication skills, a good team worker, but able to own their own initiative and be capable of meeting strict work deadlines.
Hours of work are from 9am - 5.30pm
Duties will include;
Management of Creditors Ledger
Managing and Controlling Creditors invoicing and payments.
Reconciling accounts to Statements
Creditor payment runs.
New account set up, pricing and stock control.
Product costings
Process out of pocket expense claims.
Reviewing and maintaining purchase orders.
Liaising with suppliers
Month end activity including running of Aged Creditors reports and other information required by Financial Controller
Office Administrative duties, data entry, answering phones, office organisation and other adhoc duties as they arise.
The Person
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Highly organised efficient person who is self motivated
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work in a fast paced office environment
