Junior Account Manager
Location: Drogheda
Salary: €35,000
This role is a supporting function to the Senior Account Manager while also having Account Management responsibilities.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Departmental support by addressing daily internal and external queries.
- Management of internal KPI trackers such as weekly sales and waste, weekly promotional trackers, bi annual range change performance, weekly YOY volume analysis and confirmation of weekly promotions.
- Work closely with HFI departments, HFUK commercial department and where appropriate the customer on bi annual range changes.
- Maintain effective lines of communication with HFI departments, HFUK commercial department and where appropriate the customer.
- Management of HFI online product portfolio.
- Management of store audits and competitive set store audits.
- Actively participate and where appropriate manage annual trade shows and industry awards.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement project teams within the business
- Actively engage with Category Manager with ideas for continuous improvement of the department.
The Person
- Appropriate third level qualification.
- At least 2 years’ experience working with FMCG, ideally within the fresh food sector.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of all Microsoft office applications with particular focus on EXCEL.
- A good communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Efficient planning, time management and organisation skills.
- Ability to multitask and be flexible in line with business demands.
- Must have a full clean driver’s licence and their own car.
- Must be able to travel with work as and when required.
