The Role
Internal Sales - Permanent
Location: Dublin 22
Base Salary plus commission
Internal Sales:
- Pull information from SAP system and forward to road sales team to drive sales with customers.
- Telesales to existing customers.
- Report on sales performance and track variances with products and customers.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Analyse customer issues and make recommendations for future improvements, where possible.
Sales Support:
- Answer phones and deal with any queries or process orders as necessary.
- Assist in dealing with customer complaints.
- Assist sales team with customer quotations.
- Responsible for providing office based support to field sales team.
- Responsible for sending scheduled reports to all sales people, as instructed.
- Responsible for providing a high level of customer service and support always.
- Any other duties as deemed necessary.
The Person
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work with other people.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential.
- An organised individual with strong attention to detail.
- Be pro-active, with a desire to implement improvements when and where appropriate.
- Computer literate essential including working knowledge of SAP system.
Experience:
- Previous sales experience essential, ideally in a B2B role.
Working Conditions: Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
Hours: This is a full-time, permanent role.
