The Role

HR Officer - Midlands

Permanent

Salary: €35,000

  • Assisting & Supporting line managers
  • Managing end-to end Recruitment - advertisements, screening, interviews, job offers.
  • HR Administration - maintain compliant personnel records, issue contracts etc
  • Best practice HR policies and procedures.
  • Involvement with Grievances and Disciplinary hearings.
  • Performance management – supporting managers and supervisors.
  • Point of contact for all employees.

 

The Person

  • At least 3-4 years experience in a similar role.
  • CIPD Qualification an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office & HR related systems.
  • Experience of managing Employee Relations, HR policies and best practices.
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills.
  • The ability to communicate at all levels and build positive working relationships.
