HR Officer - Midlands

Salary: €35,000
- Assisting & Supporting line managers
- Managing end-to end Recruitment - advertisements, screening, interviews, job offers.
- HR Administration - maintain compliant personnel records, issue contracts etc
- Best practice HR policies and procedures.
- Involvement with Grievances and Disciplinary hearings.
- Performance management – supporting managers and supervisors.
- Point of contact for all employees.
The Person
- At least 3-4 years experience in a similar role.
- CIPD Qualification an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office & HR related systems.
- Experience of managing Employee Relations, HR policies and best practices.
- Excellent administration and organisational skills.
- The ability to communicate at all levels and build positive working relationships.
