Continuous Improvement Manager
Permanent Full Time
Location: North Dublin
Salary: Up to €60,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Execution of the Continuous Improvement strategy for a Food Manufacturing unit.
- Draw on best practice from the division to inform manufacturing unit.
- Review and analyse KPI performance for the Manufacturing team and action improvement plans which develop current performance.
- Streamline the production lines following lean manufacturing and continuous improvement guidelines/strategies
- Solve organizational problems by analysing business requirements
- Create and /or improve planning & logistics processes, mindsets & behaviours through use of the Lean six sigma
- Ensure the highest Quality, Compliance and Safety standards
- Documenting processes and designing solutions.
- Recommends process improvements and alternative solutions.
The Person
Key Skills / Qualifications:
- Degree or 3rdlevel qualification.
- At least three years’ experience in a Managerial position within the Manufacturing industry with continuous improvement/lean methodologies experience.
- Lean Six Sigma Trained / Qualification.
- Ability to train, coach and mentor staff
- Excellent organisational, process improvement and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail
