Client Service –
- Directing and managing delivery of exemplary client service on all client engagements
- Making sure the client is satisfied above their expectations on service experience with W&P
- Working through the resources of the Firm across all levels and departments to ensure client satisfaction levels are at the highest
- Anticipating and managing client anxieties and concerns in relation to our services
Risk Management
- Audit File review
- Manage audit risk on Portfolio
- Final Sweep on all audit files
- Management of risk on files
Monthly WIP Management
- Review of all WIP per Quarter
- Review all WIP
- Monthly WIP Review
New Business
- Target of x new business in Year 1
- Participation in Chamber monthly events / networking events
Talent Management
- Ensuring that staff are happy
- Concerns managed
- Retention of people in audit team - can’t afford to lose key staff
- Develop seniors
Fees
- Billing for Portfolio
- Assisting with delivery of Fee targets
- Review of Fees of Tax & Bureau Services - link monthly with tax team
Audit CPD
• Maintaining high levels of audit technical development in the team & attendance at periodic CPD events.
