The Role

Answering & directing all incoming calls to the company. Ensuring correct messages are passed on.

Greeting all visitors to the business ensuring that point of contact is notified of their arrival.

General administration duties for all Departments.

Accuracy in Data inputting

The Person

Administration Experience 1-2 years

Strong Computer Skills

Excellent Customer relationship skills

Exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent work structuring skills.

Problem-solver.

Positive attitude with a passion for improvement.

Team spirited.

Will “stay the course.”

The Package

Permanent Role 

Location: The Curragh, Kildare 

Hours : Mon- Thurs 8.30am -5pm  (30mins lunch) Friday 8.30am -4.30pm 

Salary: 20k-25K 

Start: Immediate
